As Chief Strategy Officer, Martin is responsible for the design and execution of customized, strategic solutions for brands in all phases of their life cycles. He has extensive US/global and HCP/patient experience in product branding, franchise and portfolio development, disease/condition branding, and corporate identity branding.

With over 20 years in the healthcare industry, Martin’s category experience as lead strategist includes Bayer Women’s Health professional portfolio (Mirena/HMB, Yaz, Beyaz, and Natazia); Ethicon’s female wellness device franchise (Pelvic Health and Wellness); Boston Scientific’s UFE (Uterine Fibroid Embolization) device system; Janssen Therapeutics' HIV franchise; J&J Vision Care (Acuvue franchise); Eli Lilly’s diabetes franchise and CNS franchise; Novo Nordisk’s hemophilia brand and diabetes franchise; Gilead’s HIV franchise (launch); Amevive (launch) and Avonex from Biogen; J&J/OraPharma’s locally administered antibiotic delivery device (Arestin) and OralCDx, an oral cancer screening device; Wyeth’s Effexor; Ortho-McNeil’s migraine franchise; and in ADHD he launched a European memory training program from Cogmed. 

Martin holds a BA in communications with a minor in English from Seton Hall University. A New Jersey native, Martin enjoys splitting his time between the Jersey shore and Manhattan.
